We want to make sure getting and enjoying Jaco's Sauce is easy. Here’s how we handle shipping and what to do if there’s an issue.

Shipping Your Sauce

  • Getting Your Order Ready: We make our sauce in small batches, so quality is super important. After you place an order, we carefully pack your bottle(s) to make sure they travel safely. This usually takes us 1 to 3 business days.
  • How We Ship: We normally use standard ground shipping through services like the Post Office (USPS) or UPS to get your sauce to you.
  • Estimated Arrival: Once your package leaves us, it typically takes about 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your door. This depends on how far away you live. Please remember these are just estimates; sometimes weather or carrier delays (which we can't control) might slow things down a bit.
  • Shipping Area: Currently, we are only able to ship orders to addresses within the United States. We aren't shipping internationally at this time.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost to ship your order depends on how much it weighs and where it's going. You'll see the exact shipping cost clearly listed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.
  • Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can use this link to follow your package's journey to you.
  • Double-Check Your Address: Please make sure the shipping address you give us is correct! We want your sauce to find you without any trouble. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns and Problems

  • Our Promise: Your happiness with Jaco's Sauce matters a lot to us.
  • Food Item Policy: Because sauce is a food product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges just based on personal taste preference or if you change your mind. This is for safety and quality reasons.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: However, things can sometimes go wrong during shipping, or maybe we make a mistake packing (we try hard not to!). If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know right away.
  • How to Report an Issue: You need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there's damage or an error. The best way is to send an email to [Your Email Address Here]. Please include your order number and attach clear photos showing the damage (like the broken bottle and packaging) or the incorrect item you received. This helps us understand what happened and fix it quickly.
  • Making Things Right: Once we receive your email and photos, we'll look into the issue. If we confirm the sauce was damaged in transit or that we sent the wrong thing, we will work with you to find the best solution. This usually means we'll either send you a replacement bottle at no extra cost or issue a refund for the damaged/incorrect item.
  • Refund Processing: If a refund is the chosen solution, we will process it back to the original payment method you used (like your credit card). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
